Our company started its service life in 1997 with the partnership of Hidayet Atiker and Mustafa ATİKER with ATİKER RESTAURANT live trout and meat restaurant, and in the 2000s, in line with the demands from the customers, on-site service of Konya Pilaf culture; from cook to waiter, from dishwasher to tea maker. Until this year, and still in the countryside, the old way is still going on for the guests who want to experience this excitement again. In our early years, we presented and made the cooking process with oak wood and copper. We prepared our meals with basins and cauldrons in the most delicious way and presented them to our guests. The demands of our compatriots, who experienced this presentation and comfort, continued to increase day by day. We have proven that the Konya rice menu is not only a menu for weddings and can also be used in iftar menus. It has been the most preferred menu of Ramadan months in Konya for 15 years. It has become a tradition when it is liked by everyone. In our culture, Konya pilaf is only available on Sunday mornings at 08-12. We applied that it could be done every hour and every day, and we were successful in this regard. Old-fashioned organizations, organized only with solidarity or by hiring a cook, increased the interest in wedding halls and ready-made food companies due to the difficulties experienced and the lack of space for those who did not have the opportunity. and demands compelled us and our colleagues to invest. In line with the requests requested from our company, in 2014, ATİKER DE LUXE MEETING AND WEDDING CENTERS were first in Meram region, and the second in Karatay region in 2017, in addition to high quality Konya rice, as well as quality places where Konya people would receive the best service. We delivered the pilaf to the tables in a PACKAGE. From next year, we will always offer KONYA WEDDING PILAVI to the taste of domestic and foreign tourism at the RESTAURANT we will open on Mevlana Street. As the ATİKER DE LUXE family, we have hosted and still continue to host our customers with a team of 300 people, from sales personnel, organization teams, cooks to waiters, tea makers and security guards. We host 1 MILLION people throughout the year and share the happiness of nearly 700 families. In the age of rapidly developing and growing technology, we, as the ATIKER DE LUXE family, will continue to break new ground in our sector by improving ourselves and INSTITUTIONALization. We will continue to add value to our CORPORATION day by day with the R&D studies we have done and will do so far. We produce most of the raw materials we use in production ourselves, and for those we cannot produce, we work with the most reliable companies of Konya; we keep human health and customer satisfaction at the forefront. When it comes to Konya food culture, we continue to support and increase its recognition with the services we provide in KONYA PILAVIN and our social media posts, as well as the awareness of etliekmek, furun kebab, Mevlana sugar.
